She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Blevins and Jessie Mae Blevins (Lavender); and her brother Richard Blevins. She is survived by: her husband Fred Gustafson of Monmouth, IL; her daughters, Melissa Gustafson-Hinds (Evan) of O'Fallon, IL and Stephanie Gustafson of Davenport, IA; her granddaughter Evelyn Hinds of O'Fallon, IL; and her sister Sheila Ortery of Clinton, MO..
