She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul F. Wade and Ruby E. Gratton Wade; and her husband Raymond Mortimer. She is survived by: her former husband Jack Hoopes; her children, Becky Swank (Jeff Ernst) of Monmouth, IL, Janet Kronmilller-Lewark (David), Paul Wilson (Terrie) and Willy Hoopes of Monmouth, Illinois.; and her siblings, Paula Wade of Galesburg, IL, Freeda (Tim Woods), Kay Coziahr (Perry), Bobby (Sylvia Wade), Johnny (Penny Wade) and Bill Wade (Sheila). She is also survived by three step children and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial fund is being established for her family.
