"Beth" McMahon; his children, Kaitlyn McCann of Monmouth, Dustin McCann of Galesburg, Amanda Dose (Stephen) of Streator, IL, Ashley Urbanik-Reno (Jason) of Galesburg, Alesia Urbanik, Scott Young of Henderson, IL, Amber Sandman (Marcus) of Abingdon, IL and Nicole Snyder (Derrick) of Mendota, IL; his sister Rachel Johnson (Hank); his nephew Robert Johnson; and his niece Hannah Johnson.
