He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Levine and Shirley J. Levine (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Bickell; his stepsons, Brian Armstrong (Trisha Jennings) of Arizona and Robert Armstrong (Carrie) of Monmouth; his grandsons, Aiden Armstrong (Dailenis), Brady Armstrong and Jaxon Armstrong; his great grandchild Vanessa Armstrong; and his sisters, Wendy J. Pinney (Norman "Butch") of Monmouth, Linda L. Seals (Randy) of Monmouth and Mary L. Schuytema of Monmouth. He is also survived by 3 nephews and 3 nieces.
Memorials may be given to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Legion and sent to the funeral home.
