It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard J. Ishmael of Monmouth, Illinois, who passed away on July 28, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis E. and Mary G. Ishmael (Barry); and his siblings, Raymond Ishmael, William "Smokey" Ishmael and Elizabeth Gudeman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dean Ishmael (Phyllis), Martha Crain (Butch) of Kirkwood, IL and Edward E. Ishmael of Oquawka, IL; and his son Jeremy Poulson of Galesburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
