He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Paul and Velma Maxine Arthur (Ralston). He is survived by: his wife Kathie Arthur (Lovdahl) of Monmouth; his daughters, Denise Mascari (Patrick) of Naperville, IL and Kimberley Chenault (Jack) of Lake Hopatcong, NJ; his stepson Nathan Johnson (Regina) of Monmouth; and his grandchildren, Luke Chenault, Ryan Mascari, Justin Mascari, Creighton Johnson, Hayden Johnson and Kane Johnson.

Memorials may be given to the Russell & Ann Gerdin ASC Hope Lodge or Hospice Compassus and sent to the funeral home.
