Mackey of Media, IL, Twilia Sexton of Muldrow, OK, Shirley Fluke (Terry) of Avon, Kathleen Stotler (Bobby) of Monmouth, Roy L. McIntosh of Avon, IL and Brian McIntosh of Monmouth. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
