She was predeceased by: her parents, George V. Smith and Mildred F. Johnston Smith. She is survived by: her children, Penny Stephenson of Monmouth and Terry Morris of Monmouth; her granddaughters, Krista Lenover (John) and Megan Smith (Jamie); her grandson-in-law Rick Williams; her great grandchildren, Brittany Miller, Justin Ricco, Christopher Scanlon, Zach Williams, Nate Williams, Anthony Miller, Jenna, Rachel Williams, Maddisyn Cook, Kegan Smith and Payton Smith; and her husband Richard. She is also survived by ten great great grandchildren.
A committal service will be held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Mt. Vernon Cemetery (3263 10th Ave, North Henderson, IL 61466).
