He was predeceased by: his mother Beth Ann Hupp. He is survived by: his father James Dale Hawk; his children, Charley Jean Hawk and Rickie Leigh Collinson; his stepson Raiden Brackett (Lila Ann Hawk) of Knoxville; his siblings, Casey Hupp of Reliance, Nikoli Morales of Bloomington, Blaze Hawk of Monmouth and Zoe Hawk of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.; and also Beth A. Hupp of Presho.

A memorial fund is being established for his children's education.
