He is survived by: his children, Lori Kane (Brian) of Galesburg, IL, Lisa Ramirez (Tony) of Bloomington, IL, Lana Simpson (Lonnie) of Monmouth, IL and Richard Cole (Jennifer) of Monmouth, IL; and his siblings, David Noel (Carolyn) of Monmouth, IL, Bill Noel (Theresa) of Monmouth, IL, Laurie Noel of Monmouth, IL, Denny Noel (Missy) of Monmouth, IL, Ed Noel of Chicago, IL, Bob Noel of Chicago, IL, Jeff Noel of Terra Haute, IL and Lisa Noel (Tim Gould) of Galesburg, IL.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
