He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil James and Winnefred Martha Lewis (Kennedy); and his former wife Barbara Marie Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Nancy K. Romine of Monmouth; his children, Amy Lewis Synar of Tulsa, Oklahoma. and Tyler Lewis (Sarah); his stepson Todd Pyewell of Monmouth; his grandchildren, Julian Synar, Jacob Synar, John Michael Synar, Chloe Lewis, Barrett Lewis and Cooper Lewis; his great grandchild River Grace Synar; and his siblings, Kathy Johnson (Rodger) and Richard Lewis (Jackie).
A rosary will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church of Monmouth (200 W Broadway, Monmouth, IL 61462). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
