He is survived by: his former wife Lisa Rutledge; his wife Mariana Delacruz Hull of LaBelle; his sons, Shawn Miner (Olivia), Travis Allen, Ryan Patton and Preston Hull of Monmouth, Illinois.; his father Jack Hull; his siblings, Karen Hull (Doug McClintock) of Aledo and Robert (Tina); his nephew Michael; and his mother Janet.
A memorial fund has been established for the Western Illinois Animal Rescue.
