With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary M. Schisler of Monmouth, Illinois, born in Joy, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 21, 2024 at the age of 93. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rube Kersey and Lener Kersey (Buster); her husband George E. Schisler; her son Everett Schisler; and her siblings, Elza Kersey, Jake Kersey, Pat Kersey, Fred Kersey, Arnold Kersey, Raymond Kersey, Alvie Kersey, Ova Kersey, Ralph Kersey, Ethel Carrier and Bonnie Kersey.
She is survived by: her children, Sarah Marshall of Monmouth, IL, Wanda Schisler of Monmouth, IL and Louis Schisler (Maria) of Deering, ND; her daughter-in-law Kathryn Schisler of Streator, IL; her grandchildren, LaTasha Parsons (Dave), Troy Schisler, LaVonne Gilbert (Gary), LaDonna Schisler, Thomas Schisler, David Schisler, Lou Schisler, Kenneth Schisler, Amanda Marshall, Jason Marshall (Gabby), Justin Marshall (Debbie) and Amber Straitiff (Christopher); her great grandchildren, Ellie Marshall, Mary Marshall, Abby Marshall, Hannah Marhsall, Sawyer Straitiff, Jackson Straitiff, Lucas Straitiff, Olivia Marshall, Lexi Parsons, Jonathan Gilbert, Jeremiah Gilbert, Austin Mashall, Dristan Schisler and Maia Schisler; and her sister Sally Goff of Marietta, GA..
