She was predeceased by: her parents, George Harold and Leona Earp (Skidmore); and her siblings, Charles Earp, Larry Earp, Mary Bushong and Parolee Themanson.
She is survived by: her husband Rodger Cook of Monmouth; her children, Rodney Cook (Cathy) of Monmouth and Wanda Wilson (Clifford Adam) of Monmouth; her grandchildren, Jason Cook (Nikki), Sarah Cook (Jacob Jones), Allan Wilson Jr. (Corri VanDyke) and Jennifer Schoene (Drew Woodsmall); her great grandchildren, Caydence Wilson, Eldon Wilson, Maddie Cook, Cole Schoene, Aubrey Fowler, Bentley Jones and Riley Jones; her siblings, Robert Earp, Leona Lenz and Effie Boock; and her sister-in-law Shirley Earp.
Memorials can be made to the Martha Cook Memorial Fund and can be sent to the funeral home.
