He was predeceased by: his father Russell Painter; his grandparents, Zerelda, Hap Painter, Pearl and Mary Catherine Schilser; his in-laws, Don and Mary Farris; and his stepsons, Roger and Kyle King.
He is survived by: his mother Betty Painter (Schisler); his wife Karri King of Monmouth; his stepfather Bob Clark of Phoenix; his brother Mike Painter of Smithville; his half-brother Chris Painter of Monmouth, Illinois.; his stepchildren, James, Mandy, Kris, Daren, Kelly and Linda King; and his aunt Marilyn "Jo" Johnson of Monmouth. He is also survived by many uncles, cousins, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, and remembering Mark's allergies to flowers, donations can be made to the family for a charity to be designated later.
