He is survived by: his wife Penny Logsdon of Monmouth, IL; his aunt Margaret Whitsell of Galesburg, IL; and his uncle Don Bell of Monmouth, IL.

Memorials can be made to the Mark Bell Memorial Fund and sent to the funeral home.
