She was predeceased by: her parents, James Alfred and Edna Louise Parrish (Walker). She is survived by: her husband John W. Talley Sr.; her children, John Wayne Talley, Jr. (Alisa) of Ft. Madison, IA, Julie Lant (Lornie) of Kirkwood, IL and Jodi Forrester (Earl) of Monmouth; her grandchildren, Shauna Lee Talley, John W. Talley, III, Timothy J. Talley, Tulsa Lane Talley, Austin Allen, Alexis Allen, Christy Flynn, Ronnie Holeman, III, Trina Liggett, Dacia Albert and Brandon Forrester; and her sister Marlene Shamblin. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to the Karen Talley Memorial Fund to assist with expenses and sent to the funeral home.
