He is survived by: his children, Julie Bruening and Jeff Bruening (Rikki); his grandchildren, Lindsay Olewinski (Eddie), Amanda Bruening, Zach Bruening, Samantha Ellingwood (Corey) and Riley Valtierra (Matt); and his great grandchild Will Ellingwood.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Warren County Library or the Buchanan Center for the Arts and sent to the funeral home.
