Stephens of Monmouth, Illinois, born in Centralia, Illinois, who passed away on July 12, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Arthur and G. Irene Fairchild (Nogle); her husband Jack Kenneth Stephens; and her siblings, Raymond Fairchild, Charles Fairchild, Orrie Fairchild, Robert Fairchild and Aleatha Cary.
She is survived by: her sons, Keith Stephens (Karen) of Mascoutah, IL and Douglas Stephens (Andrea) of Roanoke, VA; her granddaughters, Amber Flanagan (William), Lindi Roberts, Brie Rainey (Craig), Karis Stephens, Abigail Albert (Jaelon), Johanna Stephens, Marguerite Stephens and Madelynn Stephens; and her great grandchildren, Ashleigh Flanagan, Conor Flanagan, Karson Roberts, Aaliyah Rainey, Josiah Rainey, Marley Albert and Roman Albert. She is also survived by several niece and nephews.
Memorials may be given to Immanuel Baptist Church and sent to the funeral home.
