He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry O. Hull and Bette J. Hull (Pirtle); and his sisters, Linda Gipe and Connie Mowen. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Hull of Monmouth; his daughters, Jera Deal (Brad) of Peoria, IL and Jona Cox (Mark) of Goshen, KY; his grandchildren, Allie Meister (Gabe), Julianna Deal, Lily Deal, Mitchell Cox, Caden Cox and Abby Cox; his great grandchild Mia Kate Meister; and his siblings, Steve Hull of Monmouth and Penny Moore of Oquawka, IL.
Memorials may be given to the Lane A. Evans VA Community Based Clinic and sent to the funeral home.
