She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ezert and Edna Abigail Harris (Bixler); her husband Vernon Glenn "Vern" Brentise; her daughter Rhonda Brentise; and her siblings, Lucy, Annabelle and Charles.

She is survived by: her daughters, Terri Hippen (Chet) of Kirkwood, IL, Verna Jean Crowl of Kansas City, MO, Toni Brown of Kansas City, MO and Nicole Brentise of Kansas City, MO; her sister Carole Reimolds (Paul) of Monmouth, IL.; her grandchildren, Natalie Cole (Jeff) of Carthage, IL, Justin Crowl (Meranda) of Galesburg, IL, Jamey Crowl (Jennifer) of East Moline, IL and Stephanie Brown (Kapody Johnson) of Kansas City, MO; and her great grandchildren, Sedona, Sawyer Cole, Emma, Ellie Crowl, Dylan Crowl (Ashlyn), Lorali and Charlette Brown.
