He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Sloan and Marilda Sloan (Dickson). He is survived by: his wife Leila Sloan of Monmouth; his son Mike Hale (Maria) of St. Petersburg; and his sisters, Pamela Baker (Kenneth) of Clermont, FL, Patricia Whittle (Lee) of Toledo, OH and Inez Carter of Galesburg, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to Gibson Woods Golf Course and sent to the funeral home.
