It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen L. (Fandel) Vicare (Monmouth, Illinois), who passed away on November 24, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norbert Fandel and Louisa Fandel (Block); and her sister Norberta Jean Faulkner. She is survived by: her husband Gerald L. Vicare of Mary's Lourdes Catholic Church; and her siblings, Betty Phillips (Mike) of Peoria Heights, IL, Geralyn "Geri" Hammer (Rick) of Germantown Hills, IL and Mike Fandel (Jan) of Magnolia, IL.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials can be made to the OSF Children's Hospital of Illinois in Peoria and can be sent to the funeral home.
