He is survived by: his wife Kay Bailey of Monmouth; his children, Glenna C. Bailey of Gilbert, AZ and Ryan R. Bailey of Tempe, AZ; and also Terry Bailey of Alexis, IL..
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the McGuire and Davies Funeral Home (1007 North G Street, Monmouth, IL 61462). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM at the Warren County Memorial Park (1325 N 11th St, Monmouth, IL 61462).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Alexis Cemetery Association or St. Jude Children's Hospital and sent to the funeral home.
