He is survived by: his wife Judy Crooks of Monmouth; his sons, Dale Crooks of Galesburg, IL and Eric Crooks of Knoxville, IL; and his siblings, Norris Crooks (Cheryl) of Oquawka, IL, Rita Cook of Beardstown, IL, Chris McLaughlin of Monmouth, Debbie Fry of Alexis, IL and Linda Vollbracht of Cameron, IL. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter.
