She is survived by: her husband James B. Dice of Monmouth; her children, Linda S. Waters (Brian) of Ishpeming, MI, Philip B. Dice (Linda) of Springfield, IL, Brenda L. Sibon (Douglas) of Aurora, IL, Daniel J. Dice of East Moline, IL and Melissa R. Hanley (Christopher) of Downers Grove, IL; her grandchildren, James Dice (Allison) of Colorado Springs, Nathan Sibon (Fiona) of San Francisco, Mark Dice (Tiffany) of Southern Pines, Hadley Marie Sibon of Chicago, IL, Andrew J. Sibon (Katelyn) of Joliet, IL, Quinn J. Hanley of Downers Grove, IL and Griffin B. Hanley of Downers Grove, IL; and her great grandchildren, Harrison Dice, Cillian Dice and Ruari Dice. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the First United Methodist Church of Monmouth, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Shriners Children's Hospitals.
