Wells, Sr. of Monmouth; his sister Heather Wells of Monmouth; his stepdaughter Ashley Landreth of Flora; his grandchildren, Keith Wells and Lucille Wells; his niece Sadie Lynn Shauman (Andrew Stombaugh); his nephew Jeff Shauman; and his cousins, DJ, Mary, Charles Wells, George and Eva Darnell.
All family and friends are invited and a memorial fund is to be established later by his family.
