Phillips of Monmouth, Illinois, born in Key West, Florida, who passed away on March 19, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Clarence and Barbara Jean Mackenzie (Walker); and her brother-in-law Larry Hallman. She is survived by: her husband Mike Phillips of Monmouth, IL; her daughters, Missy Phillips of Monmouth, IL and Nikki Cook (Jason) of Monmouth, IL; her grandchildren, Madison Turnquist (Jose Arellano) of Peoria, IL, Brandon Pritchard of Monmouth, IL, Avery Pritchard of Monmouth, IL, Maddie Cook of Monmouth, IL, Aubrey Fowler of Monmouth, IL and Grace Cook of Monmouth, IL; her sisters, Sue Hallman of Crosby, TX and Betty Rosiere (Travis) of Monmouth, IL.; her mother-in-law Marge Kinney; her brother-in-law Jeff Phillips (Linda); and her close friend Pam Wilson of Monmouth, IL.
