He is survived by: his mothers, Linda Johnson of Monmouth, IL and Kathy Page of Roseville; his children, Dain Page, Jr. and Shyra Navedo; the parent of his children Carmen of Florida; his siblings, Jordain Johnson of Monmouth and Shain Johnson of Knoxville, TN; his stepsister Chrissy Wainwright (Nathan) of Springdale, AR; his girlfriend Chelsea Girtain; his girlfriend's children, Nevaeh and Trey of Florida; and his grandmothers, Janet Tatman of Monmouth and Darliss Page of Roseville. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made for an Education Fund to be established in memory of Dain or to the Wounded Warrior Project.
