She was predeceased by: her parents, William Miller and Shirley Miller (Borman). She is survived by: her husband Glen Swiler; her children, Matthew Swiler (Calena) of Monmouth, Adele Malcolm (Jay) of Milan, IL, Andrea Gandy (Fred) of Joliet, IL and Scott Swiler (Laura) of Monmouth; and her siblings, Laura Creek (Dave), Phil Miller (Cheryl) and Joyce Soffel (Johnnie). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McGuire and Davies Funeral Home (1007 North G Street, Monmouth, IL 61462). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Norwood Presbyterian Church (2396 15th Ave, Alexis, IL 61412). A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 2:45 PM to 3:00 PM at the Norwood Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to the Charlotte Swiler Memorial Fund and sent to the funeral home.
