He was predeceased by: his parent Cecil D. Elliott; his son Nathan B. "Nate" Elliott; and his siblings, James Elliott, David Elliott and Cynthia Elliott.

He is survived by: his wife Tina Elliott of Monmouth; his son Josh Eckley; his stepchildren, Dustin Greenstreet (Kate), Heather Bismark (Joshua) and Tammy Bigsby; his mother Juanita Schleich (Skees); and his siblings, Cliff Elliott (Debbie) and Tammy Hayburn (Teresa) of Monmouth. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to the Brad Elliott Memorial Fund and sent to the funeral home.
