He is survived by: his wife Julia Ann Pickup (Boland); his children, Terri Robinson (Greg), Walter Edward (Darlene), Calvin Jay (Diana) and Kreea Ashton (Tim); and his brother Donald Pickup (late Barbara). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Smits Funeral Home (2121 Pleasant Springs Ln, Dyer, IN 46311). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
