He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl W. Deutscher (Bud) and Thelma Deutscher (Bergquist); and his brothers, Carl and Daniel Deutscher. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Timothy Jr. (Crystal), Shannon Vela (Andrew), Heather Conner (James), Jacklyne Brown (Michael), Jessica Worth (Tom), Amanda, Jacob and Catherine Deutscher; his grandchildren, Adalyn, Andrew Vela, Jonah, Grace Brown and Leah Conner; and his siblings, Michelle Bordeaux (Sean) and Ronald Sigrist (Paulina). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
