She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Maurice and Eleanor McCann Dugger; her husband John J. Allen; and her siblings, Mary Beddingfield, Nancy Gilleland, Richard, Lindy, William and Robert "Red" Dugger.
She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Jean Banks of Moorehead, Ruth Reynolds of Moorehead, Kay Gaus of Canton and Byron Dugger (Tandra) of Green Briar. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Johns Hospital or a charity of the donor's choice and sent to Neece-Airsman-Hires Funeral Home, 349 E. Tanner, Waverly, Il. 62692.
