He is survived by: his parents, Michael and Cathy Newby Latty, Sr.; his wife Monica Hathcoat; his stepson Jordan Wells (Morgan); his brothers, David Latty (Vanessa) of Kankakee, IL and Richard Latty (Marsha Fortin) of Momence, IL.; and his granddaughters, Nyomi Wolfe and Thea Wells.
