He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hartman; his children, Scott C. McGinnis of Momence, IL and Janeen K.; his son-in-law Bryant M. Mathews; his grandchildren, Kristin D. Mathews and Jared B. Mathews; and his great grandchild Ellyana A. Baeza.
