He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hoffmann and Marjorie Craft Hoffmann; and his sister Suzanne Bruns. He is survived by: his daughters, Keri Lynn Hoffmann of Momence and Traci Annette Hoffmann of Denver, CO; his mother-in-law Bernice Gorman of Momence; and his siblings-in-law, Geralyn and Mark Murphy of Marietta, GA. He is also survived by four nieces; and one nephew.
