He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald O'Lena and Elizabeth Wehlauch O'Lena (Betty); his brother Scott O'Lena; and his grandparents, Harold, Louise O'Lena, Josef and Greta Wehlauch.
He is survived by: his fiancée Samantha Smith of Momence; his children, Faith, Chase, Lilly, Landon and Liam; his brother Harold O'Lena of Orlando, FL; his aunts and uncles, Janice Kyrouac of Bradley, Joyce Brown of Pekin, Carol Lee of Cissna Park, Walter Wehlauch of Jacksonville, FL, Josef Wehlauch of Normal and Bobby Wehlauch of Momence; and his close friends, Aaron, Jen Combs, John and Debbie Combs. He is also survived by cousins; and friends.
Memorials may be made to Jeff's brother, Harold O'Lena, to help cover funeral expenses and remaining will be distributed to Jeff's five children.
