With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Connie S. Graf of Momence, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 22, 2025 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Hess and Sylvia J. Fanning (Boomsma); her grandparents, Harry, Theresa Boomsma, Glen and Margaret Hess; and her stepfather Arthur C. Fanning.
She is survived by: her siblings, Dale "Boo" Hess of Momence, IL, Gale Hess of Clearwater, FL, Ronnie Hess, David Cook of Momence, IL, Jason Hess of Arkansas City, KS., Bonnie Hess of Momence, IL, Amy (Jim Burke), Joy (Kevin Devine) and Jennifer Hess of Arkansas City, Kansas.; her son Andrew (Katelyn Graf); her granddaughter Charlotte; and her nieces and nephews, Jeremy, Joey, Jena, Ashlee, Lilly, Aaron, Shawn, Kim and Michelle.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cotter Funeral Home (224 E Washington St, Momence, IL 60954). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
