He was predeceased by: his parents, William Peterson and Agnes Johnson Peterson; his stepmother Nell Peterson; and his wife Theo Smith. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Demmel (Terry) and Kevin Peterson (Chris); his grandchildren, Ryan Demmel (Stephanie), Lauren Vohland (Kyle), Ashley Lindstrom (Douglas) and Eric Peterson; and his great grandchildren, Bristol, Remi and Drake.
