He was predeceased by: his parents, José Carrillo and Piedad Ortiz. He is survived by: his wife Arcelia Sierra of Carrillo; his children, Sandra Carrillo of Moline, Trino Carrillo (Isabel Diaz) of Rock Island and Cruz Carrillo (Emilio Valenzuela) of Moline; his grandchildren, Giovanni, Diego Carrillo, Anahi Carrillo, Ezekiel and Camila Valenzuela; and his siblings, Gabriel, Rafael, Alberto, Angel, Rosario, Jose and Mario Carrillo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A prayer was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Horizon Room at Trimble Pointe (701 12th St, Moline, IL 61265). Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Mary Catholic Church (412 10th St, Moline, IL 61265). A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Riverside Cemetery (3400 5th Ave, Moline, IL 61265).
