With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley M Cooper of Moline, Illinois, born in Aurora, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 6, 2024 at the age of 98. She was predeceased by: her parents, James P. McGuire and Edith McGuire (Grisch); her husband Richard J. Cooper; and her sister Dorothy Petree. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Evans, West, Dorothy Davis (Marty) and James Cooper (Jerri) of Charlotte, NC; her grandchildren, Dr. Allan Evans, Eric Davis (Joanna), Laura Davis, Michael Davis (Jessica), Catherine Drake, Libby Cooper and Hillary Cooper; and her great grandchildren, Maren Drake, Evangeline and Noelle Davis.
