She is survived by: her parents, William R. Lenz and Ruth E. Lenz (Lyon); her son Griffin Fortin; her siblings, Laura Radtke (Ron) and Christian Lenz; her nieces and nephews, Sydney Radtke and Camden Lenz; her boyfriend Doug Dyar; and her pets, Reggie and Beaver.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the River City Church (2305 7th Ave, Moline, IL 61265).
Memorials may be made to the Quad City Animal Welfare Center.
