She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Bevel (Bell) and James Bevel; her husband George F. Moon; her daughter Beverly Rice; and her siblings, Lois Kirkland, Kenneth and Clayton.
She is survived by: her sons, Bill Moon (Debra) and Terry Moon; her son-in-law Larry Rice; her grandchildren, Angela Brant (Darren), Amanda Krahl (Michael), Jim Moon (Kasey), Janette Koepke, Jennifer Moon and Brittany Moon; and her sister Vivian Osborne (Ken) of Tallahassee, FL.. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; many great step grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory (6601 38th Ave, Moline, IL 61265). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
