She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kemp and Margaret Wilgenbusch Kemp; and her husband Charles L. Moore. She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Moore (Shawna Stonehouse) of Moline, Mark Moore (Stephanie) of Rock Island, Luke of Owatonna, Minnesota. and John Moore of Owatonna, Minnesota.; her grandchildren, Dakota, Paige, Megan, Grace, Morgan, Brant, Blaine, Elijah, Lillian and Anthony; and her brothers, Tom Kemp (Ruth) of Crowley, William Kemp (Rynna) of Reardan and Michael Kemp (Colleen) of St. Charles.
A rosary was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (3030 7th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201). Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Pius X Catholic Church (2502 29th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201).
In honor of Mary's strength and spirit, memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
