She was predeceased by: her parents, Octaviano Cervantes and Guadalupe Cervantes (Ramos); her daughter Eleanor; her granddaughter Sarah Margaret; and her siblings, Mary Peterson, John R., Thomas, Leonard, Michael and Daniel.

She is survived by: her husband Jesse A. Lopez, Sr. of Mary's Church; her children, Jesse Lopez Jr. (Gayle Brenenstall), Robert Lopez, Joseph Lopez (Elizabeth), Andrew Lopez (Nancy), Mary Anne Schaecher (Jeff), Gilbert Lopez, Suzanne Vande Moortel (Michael) and Madonna Denton (Andrew); her grandchildren, Jessica, Alexandra, Eleanor, Jesse III, Kyle, Anna, Christa, Marisa, Patrick, Michael, Gilbert Jr., Elizabeth, Jessalynn, Melanie, Claire, Connor, Elena and Eli; and her sister Ramona Zalapi. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
