He was predeceased by: his parents, Doren W. Dicks and Betty M. Dicks (Barta). He is survived by: his wife Lisa Peterson; his sister Susan Wills (Carlton); his sister-in-law Linnea Mekus (John); and his nieces and nephews, Jeffrey Caldwell, Daniel Wills, Kristy Dixon (Brock), Gina Mekus and Irene Munoz (Angel).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory (6601 38th Ave, Moline, IL 61265). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Calvary Lutheran Church, Moline or Honor Flight of the Quad Cities.
