He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, Tony and Cody; and his siblings, Cindy Zaragoza (Ray), Jody Smith (Mike), Lisa Michaels (Kollin) and Matt Sellers (Dee). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
