She is survived by: her children, Kathy McIntosh, Karen Fells (Patrick) and John McIntosh; her sister Shirley Guyton (Pete); her grandchildren, Jake Fells, Nathan McIntosh, Angel McIntosh (Nichols), Holly Smith (Hart) and Warren Smith Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Taner, Justin, Amela, Oliver, Myles, Kayla and Matthew. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
