She was predeceased by: her parents, E. Gilbert Smith and V. Pauline Smith (Dunton); and her brother Lowell Smith (Rosie). She is survived by: her children, Kathy McIntosh, Karen Fells (Patrick) and John McIntosh; her sister Shirley Guyton (Pete); her grandchildren, Jake Fells, Nathan McIntosh, Angel McIntosh (Nichols), Holly Smith (Hart) and Warren Smith Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Taner, Justin, Amela, Oliver, Myles, Kayla and Matthew. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory (6601 38th Ave, Moline, IL 61265). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The family asks those who attend to please wear masks.
