He was predeceased by: his parents, Jule Wallaert and Edith Wallaert; and his siblings, James, Michael Wallaert and Mary Ellen Wall (George).
He is survived by: his daughter Leigh Ann Phillips; his granddaughter Eva Phillips of Dallas; and also Patrique Ludan (Kate Feick) of Irvine, California..
